Return, Refund & Replacement Policy


At Pihaaru, we always strive to deliver the best quality homemade and Made in India products to our customers. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy is as follows:


1. Return Policy


Our products are homemade and personal care related, hence once opened or used, they cannot be returned.


Returns are only accepted in the following cases:


Wrong product delivered.


Product received in a damaged condition.



Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.


To validate a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video proof showing the outer packaging, product, and damage at the time of opening.


Without valid video proof, no return request will be accepted.



2. Refund Policy


Refunds are processed only after the return request is approved and the product is successfully picked up and verified.


Once the returned product is received at our facility, the refund will be initiated within 10 working days.


We will always try to process the payment at the earliest, but timelines may depend on banking/payment gateway processes.


Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the customer.



3. Replacement Policy


If the customer chooses replacement instead of refund, a new product will be shipped after the damaged/wrong product is picked up and verified.


Replacement is subject to product availability.


In case the same product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.



4. Important Notes


Returns without video proof will not be entertained under any circumstances.


Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur since our products are handmade, and such variations are not considered defects.


Pihaaru will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customer unavailability, or incorrect delivery addresses.
